台灣土狗曾是原住民的獵犬，歷經數百年歲月，長久融入島嶼日常。牠聰明敏捷，具備與生俱來的樸實與韌性。施力仁捕捉這股熟悉且真切的生命氣質，捨棄誇張外貌與裝飾，直指土狗最動人的本質：忠誠、機敏、貼近土地。
此系列作品刻畫家犬形象，同時寄託台灣共同的情感記憶。土狗陪伴人們成長，鎮守家屋，遇陌生聲響即刻警醒，對熟悉面孔則展露無比信任。施力仁將這份性格揉入雕塑，化作沉著溫暖的存在，散發親切感，透出傲骨精神。
透過簡潔準確的捏塑，施力仁凝結土狗抬頭、凝望與蓄勢待發的神情。身軀轉折、雙耳張力與四肢站姿，賦予作品生動氣息。溫潤青銅承載記憶，讓這份與土地同行的生命情感長久駐留。
In this series, Shih Li-Jen turns to the Taiwan native dog as a living image of instinct, loyalty, and quiet resilience. Rather than emphasizing ornament or sentimentality, he focuses on the dog’s direct and grounded presence.
These sculptures carry a sense of everyday intimacy. Alert yet warm, protective yet deeply familiar, the Taiwan native dog becomes a vessel of shared memory—an enduring companion shaped by life close to the land.

泥塑的每一道按壓，皆烙印著歷史與情感，
將土地的韌性與生命的溫度揉入青銅之中。
青銅材質的厚實，賦予土狗靈巧結實的身形沉穩底蘊。施力仁捨棄馴順寵物的樣貌，保留本土犬特有的明晰肌肉組塊與剛毅精神。牠站立時滿懷警覺，凝視間流露判斷力，靜態之中蘊藏爆發力量。
雕塑表面呈現青銅特有的溫潤層次，光線掠過起伏肌理，透出節制光澤。如此內斂的表現手法，精準契合台灣土狗的真實性格：安分低調，忠誠可靠，靜默守候於日常角落。
Bronze lends the series a quiet gravity. Shih preserves the native dog’s lean structure and alert stance, allowing the sculptures to feel poised, attentive, and inwardly strong.
The surface treatment remains restrained and warm, letting light move gently across the form. What emerges is not spectacle, but presence—steady, grounded, and enduring.

牡犬額頭寬闊，神情昂揚莊嚴，站姿蘊藏蓄勢待發的張力。簡潔的輪廓與如鐮刀般挺直的尾巴，自然彰顯土狗守望警醒的剛毅性格。
台灣土狗（母）
牝犬面目清秀，身形內斂含蓄，線條柔中帶韌。安靜姿態蘊含敏銳與穩定，傳遞貼近生活與情感記憶的溫暖底蘊。
