Shih Li-Jen utilizes mirror-polished stainless steel to articulate life's multifaceted layers. The reflective surface absorbs the surrounding space, transforming cold metal into a dynamic vessel that captures the rhythms of light and shadow. These high-brightness reflections dissolve the boundaries between the sculpture and its environment, creating an artistic order that resonates with the site and invites viewers into a direct dialogue with the rhinoceros's composed presence.
