《悠然自在》完成於2023年，屬於施力仁犀牛「卡漫系列」中的代表作品。作品以帶有Q版語彙的比例與姿態，將原本象徵力量與重量的犀牛形象，轉化為一種輕鬆、從容且帶有幽默感的存在。雙手插袋、身體微微前傾的姿態，使角色彷彿暫時卸下防備，站在世界之中，卻不與之對抗。
作品以鏡面不鏽鋼鑄成，反射周遭環境與觀者身影，使卡漫式角色不僅作為造型被觀看，而成為與空間持續互動的存在。堅硬的金屬材質在光線與倒影中轉為流動，削弱了雕塑的重量感，也拉近了作品與觀者之間的距離。
相較於早期以結構、對抗與文明隱喻為核心的犀牛創作，《悠然自在》展現的是另一種成熟階段的轉向——以卡漫語彙包裹力量，讓堅定不再以衝突呈現，而轉化為平衡、自在與共處。2024年作品於上海靜安雕塑公園《靈犀再現—施力仁雕塑藝術展》中展出，作為公共空間中的一個親近節點，邀請觀者在日常行走之間，與角色不期而遇。
Deep-Pocketed (2023) belongs to SHIH Li-Jen’s Cartoon Rhino series, in which the rhinoceros is reinterpreted through cute-proportioned, character-based forms. With its relaxed posture—hands in pockets and body slightly leaning forward—the figure presents strength in a softened and approachable manner, replacing confrontation with composure and quiet confidence.
Rendered in mirror-polished stainless steel, the sculpture reflects its surroundings and the viewer, allowing the character to merge with the environment. The reflective surface transforms the hardness of metal into a fluid visual experience, reducing monumentality and inviting close, everyday encounters rather than distant admiration.
In contrast to earlier works that emphasized weight, structure, and tension, Deep-Pocketed represents a later stage in the artist’s practice—where resilience is expressed through ease and balance. Exhibited in 2024 at Jing’an Sculpture Park in Shanghai, the work functions as a friendly yet grounded presence in public space, suggesting coexistence through calm rather than force.
